Can I upgrade from Starter to Pro at any time?
Yes. Upgrade in one click from your account settings. Your data is preserved and you get immediate access to Pro features.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days after cancellation. After that it is permanently deleted. You can export everything to CSV before you cancel.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes — Pro includes a 14-day free trial with no card required. You will only be charged after the trial ends if you choose to continue.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within 7 days of any new subscription if you are not satisfied. Contact support@sps.app.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch at any time. If you switch to annual mid-cycle, the remaining days are credited towards the annual fee.
